SCHOLARSHIPS
We don’t have a formal procedure as we believe that scholarships are most effective when based on local needs.
Instead of collecting scholarship contributions at registration, we encourage Areas, Districts and Groups to collect and distribute scholarships to help their members attend PRAASA.
